Job Brief:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented individual to join our team as an International Student Recruitment Administrative Officer.
As Administrator within our International Student Recruitment team you will be responsible for the full admin journey of the international student application process through to enrolment onto our Partner University undergrad or postgrad courses here in the UK.
We are looking for someone who possesses exceptional organizational skills a passion for international education and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support to both prospective and enrolled international students.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of application administration and processing for submission to RRGs Partner Universities which includes.
Completing Student Applications.
Providing professional advice and guidance on admission and recruitment process and procedures.
Assessing qualifications (including contributing or defining academic requirements) or feeassessing.
To work collaboratively with Student Recruitment and Outreach on conversion and recruitment activity.
Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word Excel and Outlook).
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
Associate degree preferred.
Please note that overseas travel may be required as part of this role and there will be occasions when the postholder will be required to work weekends and evenings.
Good in email handling.
Able to scrutinize the student document.
