Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Description:

• This is a fulltime onsite role located in Des Moines Iowa. The Accounts Payable Specialist role will be responsible for the following:
• Processing media invoices.
• Review and process agency vendor invoices.
• Download media invoices from portals to upload into media buying program.
• Correspond with vendors and internal team members on concerns.
• Partner with internal team with client billing.
• Build relationships to help identify and solve problems.
• Proactively look for ways to improve processes.
• Tackle anything that comes your way.
• Willing to grow outside of Accounts Payable.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent business experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• DetailOriented
• Present a professional persona with internal team and outside vendors.
• Take charge person with a strong desire to learn and promote selfgrowth.
• Be able to solve problems and deals with a variety of variables.
• Possess excellent thought process and investigative theory.
• Think uniquely proactive problem solver forward thinker collaborator.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed.
