Accounts Payable Director

• Lead and direct the end-to-end Procure to Pay process
  
• Develop improvement plans and strategic guidelines for the department
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other departments, and work collaboratively to improve processes and resolve issues.
  
• Oversee integration activities for Accounts Payable in M&A process, and ensure the appropriate internal control environment is maintained.
  
• Mentor and develop team members, providing training and constructive feedback to support their growth.
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
  
• 10+ years of accounts payable experience in a mid-size to large company environment, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior accounts payable leadership role.
  
• Big-picture thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to hold their own in conversations with divisional leadership.
  
• Confident and not afraid to take on challenges, with a willingness to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
