Accounts Payable Coordinator

TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Accounts Payable Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all accounts payable transactions ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments. No remote this is an onsite position in Memphis TN.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions in an accurate and timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and review payments for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update vendor information
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage vendor relationships
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports

Experience/Education:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems
• Excellent organizational problemsolving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
