Accounting Specilaist

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Specialist to support our finance department in various accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Prepare and review invoices purchase orders and expense reports for proper documentation and approval.
3. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
4. Assist with monthend and yearend closing processes including journal entries and account reconciliations.
5. Maintain and update financial records and databases ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
6. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis providing insights to management on financial performance and trends.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accountingrelated issues and inquiries.
8. Assist with the implementation of accounting software upgrades and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
9. Stay current with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
10. Support auditors during annual audits by providing requested documentation and explanations as needed.
11. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
