Accounting Professional

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
  
• Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to support cost control measures and operational efficiency.
  
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking and drive profitability.
  
• Manage cash flow projections and optimize working capital to support operational needs.
  
• Implement cash management strategies to maximize liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations financial reporting standards and internal controls.
  
• Identify and assess financial risks and implement measures to mitigate potential exposures.
  
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
  
• Provide guidance and support for professional development and training initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  
• Proven experience (Min 4 years) in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  
• Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
  
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing highperforming teams.
