Accounting Analyst - Financial Reporting

FILINVEST COMPANY: FILINVEST LAND INC.

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists in the preparation of various journal entries for monthend closing activities. He/she also aids in the preparation of different FS schedules for monthly ExCom quarterly reporting compliance and external regulatory requirements.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of FS Accounts Schedules for Monthly ExCom
• Regularly review other FS of FLI divisions and set discussion meetings.
• Preparation of schedules and various supporting documents requested by the external auditor.
• Recording of recurring entries and other adjustments in SAP (ERP) covering accruals and prepayments monthend adjustments.
• Aids in preparing FS notes and disclosures.
• Other tasks to be assigned as necessary.
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Accountancy graduate
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Keen to details
