Job Title: Account Manager
Job Summary/Objective: The primary purpose of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction loyalty and continued business with the company. This involves understanding clients needs and expectations providing excellent customer service and effectively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Responsibilities/Duties in Client Management:
- End to end coordination with all SPOCs regularly
- Farm new SPOCs from the existing client
- Accountability of work completion and timely delivery
- Attend vendor meetings calls & quarterly meet with SPOC s
- Hand hold team in providing details of business board
- Prepare hiring projection & prep the team accordingly
- Follow up with client for feedbacks/status and other process related matters
- Responsible for end to end process and task related to the client
Data Management:
- Track submissions/deliveries on daily basis
- Prepare and update master data on excel & ATS
- Prepare statistical report & present it to management as and when required
Revenue and Targets:
- Achieve revenue target given monthly & quarterly
- Formulate POA for achieving revenue targets
- Ensure team and individual targets are met.
Skills & Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of work experience
- Proven record of completing minimum 75% of the individual target
- Excellent communications skills
- Problem solving
- Capable to handle pressure
- Multitasking
