We are currently searching for an Account Manager with experience in the beauty or packaging sector to be part of the professional team for our client in Leek. To be part of this process you must meet the following requirements.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales at existing client accounts
• Expand business and customer portfolio by seeking new sales opportunities at new clients
• Define business plans and forecasts for their sales area
• Analyze and monitor monthly and yearly sales KPI performance and budget progress
• Negotiate budgets and commercial conditions with our key customers and execute agreements through price analysis and margin optimization
• Work closely with the project manager team to identify and develop new projects

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 4 years of experience in managing sales accounts within the Beauty and Cosmetics industry.
• Ownership attitude push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead key sales accounts
• Languages: English (Native)
• Soft skills: analytical approach goaloriented problemsolving impactful communication and negotiation
• Hard skills: Advanced Excel PowerPoint SAP and data analysis programs.
