Account Manager

Basic Salary: 24,000 28,000 + commission structure.

We are keen to recruit an account manager who can help develop awareness of the business and encourage sales and revenue.
Role expectations:
- Maximise the retention rate of your customer base, actively combatting loss of usage.
- Assist in identifying problem accounts with the aim to boost revenue.
- Meeting and exceeding volume/ gross margin targets.
- Developing an understanding of customer drawing patterns.
- Identifying movement out of the norm.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Analysis of business data and to initiate periodic and ad hoc client reports.
- Awareness of industry trends while being proactive to changes in the oil market.
- Actively contribute to a positive working environment.
- Demonstrating the company core values and behaviours.
Requirements

- Proven track record of success in a customer retention-based environment (>1 year).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong objection handling skills with the ability to handle price concerns.
- Ability to make key decisions in a face paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Self-motivated and focused on achieving targets.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
