Job Summary

Were looking for a proactive and confident person tosupport our Account Managers for a 12 month placement as part of a university degree.

Core Deliverable

Help the account managers to ensure delivery againstall targets set

Participate to the project management of theproduction and development of campaigns from brief to fulfilment

Have a contact with external suppliers in order toreceive quotes related to POS and digital materials

Be in touch with the internal teams together withthe accounts managers in order to brief and supervise their tasks in line withthe timings of the development and implementation of the campaign

Prepare internal briefs

Produce timing schedules for internal and externalparties and ensure they are followed or adjusted where necessary

Help also in operational tasks related to AccountDirector and Operations Director jobs Identify key learnings and share with colleagues

Skills & Knowledge

Marketing/Digital degree

6 months (or 1 year) in similar experience and/or role (desirable but not essential)

Proactivity and problem solving

Motivation to work in a multinational context

Proficient in MS word Excel and PPT

Strong attention to detail

Happy to work in a fast paced environment across multiple projects
