Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detailoriented 3D Visualizer specializing in exterior designs to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in architectural drafting with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the architectural industrys demands. This role requires proficiency in drafting modeling texturing lighting and rendering with a focus on creating visually appealing and accurate exterior visualizations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed architectural designs and drafts using AutoCAD focusing on exterior elements.
  
• Develop 3D models and visualizations of architectural exteriors using 3Ds Max with Vray enhancing the projects visual impact.
  
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and develop accurate and realistic renderings.
  
• Study rectify and improve architectural drawings plans elevations and sections using AutoCAD.
  
• Apply texturing and lighting techniques to create photorealistic renders of exterior designs.
  
• Collaborate with the design team to explore design alternatives and provide creative solutions.
  
• Ensure all visualizations and renderings meet the highquality standards and project specifications.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• 13 years of relevant work experience in architectural drafting modeling texturing lighting and rendering specifically focused on exteriors.
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D 3Ds Max with Vray and Photoshop.
  
• Excellent understanding of architectural drawings plans elevations and sections.
  
• Ability to produce detailed drafts and accurate architectural visualizations.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with architects and designers.
