At Sharq Village & Spa we believe our Ladies & Gentlemen are the heart of our success. We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary and service operations elevate our guest experiences and drive exceptional business performance.

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive luxury hospitality experience strong commercial acumen and a passion for innovation quality and service excellence.

• Provide strategic leadership across all Food & Beverage operations including restaurants bars in-room dining banquets and catering
• Drive revenue growth profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining Ritz-Carltons brand standards
• Lead mentor and inspire a large diverse team to deliver world-class service consistently
• Develop innovative dining concepts and enhance the resorts culinary reputation
• Ensure the highest standards of quality hygiene and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting forecasting and long-term strategic planning
• Oversee cost control inventory management and financial performance of all F&B outlets

• Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or equivalent senior leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong background in multi-outlet operations fine dining and large-scale banqueting
• Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial results and operational excellence
• Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and service culture
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
