Key Responsibilities

• Manage planvsactual tracking for R&D programs and workstreams.
• Monitor engineering resource allocation across multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify schedule resource and scope deviations; analyze and escalate as needed.
• Ensure highquality work plans with clear milestones dependencies risks and capacity needs.
• Maintain an organizationwide view of R&D capacity demand and utilization.
• Analyze workload and utilization trends; recommend efficiency improvements.
• Lead changecontrol processes and assess impacts on approved plans.
• Define KPIs and develop dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Present status updates with risks bottlenecks and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with project managers engineering leads product management and leadership.
• Maintain planning methodologies templates and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years in PMO R&D planning project management or planning & control roles.
• Experience in planvsactual tracking and resource management in R&D.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret engineering workloads.
• Proficiency with project/resource management tools (MS Project Jira Monday Excel).
• Strong process orientation and understanding of systemlevel R&D interactions.
• Ability to influence without authority; high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global companies and working with international stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AIbased monitoring and control tools.
• Softwareoriented knowledge to understand R&D team challenges.
• Project management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
