ملخص الوظيفة
What you will do
You will be part of department responsible for the logistical activities of the R&D division within the NPI process (New Product Introduction the transfer of products from development to production) including creating interfaces between the logistics planning and manufacturing units within the Operations division and the R&D teams.
How you will do it
Involvement in all logistical aspects throughout the development stages of new products supporting R&D and engineering needs in these areas.
Ongoing tracking of performance across the various operations units and providing periodic feedback to R&D and engineering teams (service consumers).
Building automated control processes and KPIs with all units providing services to R&D (Operations Electronics Plant Plastics Plant subcontractors).
What we look for
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an electronics company.
Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Production/Logistics/Planning & Control.
Good command of English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and work independently.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to drive crossorganizational processes.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
