Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HV substation site activities including installation testing commissioning and maintenance of HV equipment and GIS ensuring all work is executed safely on schedule and in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate and lead site crews and subcontractors providing clear direction monitoring progress and ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with applicable standards including Kahramaa requirements where relevant.
• Review method statements site documents inspection results and work progress while proactively identifying risks resolving site issues and supporting mitigation actions to maintain safe and efficient execution.
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams and reporting technical and site execution updates clearly and professionally.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of total experience in electrical projects including strong experience in HV substations electrical systems and site execution activities.
• Proven experience in supervision of installation testing commissioning and maintenance activities for HV equipment and GIS.
• Fluency in English
