Key Responsibilities
Develops in-depth knowledge of operations management project execution and service delivery within the business. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to implement operational strategy support business objectives and drive execution across projects and service activities. Demonstrates a strong understanding of key business drivers and applies this knowledge to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Has a clear understanding of how the work of the operations function integrates with project management field service execution resource planning and other support teams contributing directly to overall business performance. Exercises sound judgment in managing operational priorities resolving issues and proposing practical solutions within established guidelines and with appropriate alignment.
Uses prior experience and on-the-job knowledge to manage straightforward and complex operational tasks including coordination of project managers oversight of FSE teams planning of resources and monitoring of project performance. Applies analytical thinking and operational problem-solving skills to identify risks improve execution and support successful project delivery.
May work with multiple internal teams and stakeholders outside of their direct function to support decision-making resolve operational challenges and align on business priorities. At this level the role is expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams support talent development and provide informal coaching to less experienced team members.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of total experience in operations project management or service management preferably in the power or utility sector.
Experience in managing project execution overseeing project managers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in resource planning operational oversight and driving project delivery in line with schedule quality and customer requirements.
Fluency in English.

Experience in Kahramaa projects.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead project managers FSE teams and site support functions effectively.
Experience in conducting project reviews including PMRs and driving action plans for performance improvement.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and operational activities.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
Experience in customer coordination internal stakeholder management and subcontractor oversight.
Proactive approach to operational problem-solving and continuous improvement.
