Role Summary
The Commercial Manager leads all commercial and business development activities in Saudi Arabia driving growth managing key clients ensuring compliance and aligning all work with headquarters. The role focuses heavily on Saudi Aramco government requirements and the full commercial cycle from tendering to invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Management
Lead the commercial team and coordinate closely with HQ.
Oversee market research pricing support and competitor analysis.
Manage proposals tendering budgets documentation and post tender negotiations.
Handle contracts invoicing regulatory filings and vessel related commercial reporting.
Support Finance with budgets and monthly updates.
Client and Business Development
Build strong client relationships with priority on Saudi Aramco and its contractors.
Manage negotiations payments collections and CRM updates.
Develop new business maintain a strong pipeline and build ties with vessel owners.
Gather market intelligence and represent the company at industry events.
Compliance and Government Relations
Manage government interactions and maintain valid permits and documents related to commercials.
Update Aramco systems monthly.
Lead ZATCA e invoicing compliance and manage cybersecurity and ESG certifications.
Invoicing Verification and IKTVA
Lead the invoicing team and support SAP and Aramco portal submissions.
Prepare supporting documents and follow verification processes.
Lead IKTVA reporting data preparation and audit support.
Cross Functional Support
Coordinate with Operations insurance risk legal and IT on KSA matters.
Maintain internal commercial reports and track vessel status.
