About the Client / Industry
Our client operates within the manufacturing and industrial sector supporting large-scale operations with a strong focus on efficiency financial discipline and sustainable growth. Role Scope
The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning forecasting and performance analysis activities. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can translate financial data into meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
- Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analyses against budgets and forecasts
- Develop financial models reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
- Assist with monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and business performance
- Provide analytical support for business initiatives and operational improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
- 25 years of experience in FP&A financial analysis or a related role (manufacturing experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
