Site Supervisor / Foreman (Consultant) – Installation Coordination (Qatar – Airport Access)

1. Purpose of the Assignment

The Consultant shall provide on-site supervision and coordination services in connection with installation and assembly activities performed as part of the Project in Qatar.

The Consultant will operate as a field-based Supervisor / Foreman and shall ensure the proper execution of site activities in compliance with applicable safety quality schedule and operational requirements including those applicable within secured airport environments.

The Consultant may be required to perform services within restricted areas of Hamad International Airport subject to obtaining and maintaining the necessary access authorizations (MOI Pass).

2. Scope of Services

The Consultant shall in particular:

2.1 Site Coordination and Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day installation activities across mechanical electrical and hydraulic teams
• Ensure proper sequencing of works and alignment between all trades and subcontractors
• Allocate and adjust tasks based on site priorities constraints and available resources
• Identify and address operational or technical issues impacting progress

2.2 Progress Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor site progress against the agreed schedule
• Provide regular clear and structured reporting to the Project Manager
• Participate in coordination meetings with project stakeholders and the Client
• Immediately escalate any delay risk technical issue or resource constraint

2.3 Logistics and Material Control

• Ensure availability of required tools equipment and materials on site
• Verify deliveries and report any discrepancy or missing items
• Anticipate material requirements to avoid disruption to site activities
• Coordinate with project procurement and logistics teams as required

2.4 Quality and Compliance

• Ensure works are performed in accordance with drawings specifications and procedures
• Identify and report any non-conformity and support corrective actions
• Assist in punch list follow-up testing commissioning and handover preparation
• Ensure that only up-to-date documentation is used on site

2.5 Health Safety and Environment (HSE)

• Strictly enforce all applicable HSE rules including Client and airport-specific requirements
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and access control procedures
• Promote safe working practices and proper use of PPE
• immediately report any incident unsafe condition or HSE breach

2.6 Client and Stakeholder Interface

• Maintain professional and efficient communication at all times
• Report Client feedback and site constraints to the Project Manager
• Support resolution of site issues in a practical and timely manner

3. Airport Access and Compliance (MOI Pass)

Where access to Hamad International Airport or other restricted areas is required:

• The Consultant shall comply with all applicable regulations security requirements and procedures imposed by the Ministry of Interior (MOI) the airport authorities and/or Qatar Airways
• The Consultant shall provide all necessary documentation to obtain and maintain an MOI Pass (or equivalent access permit)
• The Consultant shall strictly adhere to all access restrictions security protocols and behavioral requirements applicable within the airport premises
• Any breach of such requirements may result in immediate revocation of access and/or termination of the assignment

The Company does not guarantee the issuance or renewal of the MOI Pass which remains subject to approval by the competent authorities.
