Process Optimization & Improvement
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies through systematic process analysis
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
- Establish and maintain standardized operational procedures ensuring consistency and compliance
Commercial Operations
- Orchestrate commercial activities and strategic initiatives across the organization
- Manage end-to-end commercial projects from conception to execution
- support the complete budget week cycle from initial preparation through price list publication
Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports for operational tracking
- Leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and identify optimization opportunities
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage cross-functional operational projects ensuring on-time on-budget delivery to quality standards
- Coordinate with diverse teams to drive successful project implementation
- Provide transparent project status updates and reporting to key stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Supply Chain Finance and IT to ensure operational alignment and seamless communication
- Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Commercial Operation:
Manage commercial terms approval process in line with the related policies and Delegation of Authority.
Ensure accurate Customer Master Data and Commercial Terms are set up in SAP following the approval process.
Prepare/update documentation to reflect the commercial conditions maintained in SAP. Maintain and set up rebate agreement to ensure automated accrual posting.
Review of exceptions to the commercial terms in-season pricing modification and special offers
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong Project Management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- College degree preferred
- Experience in handling HSE related tasks is highly desired.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
