- Bachelors degree ( Facility Management/ Business Certification)
- Proven experience (7 years) in sales preferably in the facility management or related industries. (Real Estate sales property management)
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Professional certifications in sales or facility management (e.g. IFMA BIFM etc.).
- Currently holds a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working Sales and Business development in FM
- Industry/Relevant Industry
- Experience in Qatar FM Industry/Real Estate/Property Management
- Good information on vendors/service providers for FM
- Able to provide technical solution and allocation and budgetary forecasting and bench marking.
- Exposure to a multicultural environment
