- Support the Executive Producer in Doha and ensure all content aligns with CNNs editorial principles and connects with a global audience.
- Oversee and mentor a team of content creators producers and technical colleagues encouraging collaboration and innovation.
- Supervise all phases of content creation from story development and scripting through filming editing and final delivery.
- Ensure cohesive storytelling across digital social and linear platforms to maximise audience engagement.
- Extensive experience in television digital production or journalism with a proven background in editorial leadership.
- Strong experience in live broadcasting longform storytelling and digital news content production.
- Solid understanding of multiplatform content strategy including digital social media and traditional TV formats.
- Experience with CNN digital workflows is an advantage.
- Experience working in a global media environment with an understanding of international storytelling trends.
