  • Adopt a friendly helpful and pleasant attitude to all guests
  • Assist guests with their business center needs 
  • Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call request or problem
  • Maintain close working co-operation with other departments
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies

Qualifications :

  • University degree preferably Tourism & Hotel Management
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Team-oriented
  • Focused on guest satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Additional Information :

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
