Role Background
Wolt is a technology company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants grocery stores and other local shops delivered to your home or office. Wolt works together with over 30000 restaurant and retail partners as well as with over 60000 courier partners across 23 countries and 129 cities. What youll be doing
We are looking for a Commerce Platform Account Manager to support and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Wolt Drive this role you will work closely with Account Managers global teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations drive adoption and identify growth opportunities across our merchant base.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Support Account Managers with partner operations issue resolution and cross-team coordination
- Work with key partners to drive performance satisfaction and growth
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and merchant activity
- Support lifecycle management including reactivation of low-usage merchants
- Act as a central point of escalation for operational and product-related issues
- Coordinate integrations with partners and manage operational processes (pricing billing configurations)
- Maintain CRM systems and track performance through dashboards and data analysis
- Support training initiatives and collaborate with global teams on improvements and alignment
Our humble expectations
- Experience in Account Management Customer Success or a similar client-facing role
- Strong experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Background in soft sales approaches such as customer success retention or growth-oriented account management
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with data; experience with Excel or similar tools - advantage
- Fluent in English
