The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality and profitability in a luxury dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations and guest service
Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury and Forbes standards
Lead train and supervise service teams to maintain high performance
Monitor service quality staff grooming and operational excellence
Manage budgets cost control inventory and revenue performance
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Develop strategies to increase sales brand presence and guest loyalty
Ensure compliance with health safety and company policies
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or luxury dining outlets
