The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional guest service smooth workflow and high-quality dining standards. This role involves supervising staff maintaining service excellence optimizing operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth in a premium dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service flow
Ensure outstanding guest experience and Forbes-level service standards
Supervise and train front-of-house staff to maintain excellence
Support staffing schedules attendance and performance management
Maintain quality control for food presentation service and cleanliness
Handle guest feedback complaints and service recovery professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Monitor inventory stock levels and operational costs
Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and brand standards
Assist in achieving sales targets and improving restaurant performance
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in 5-star or 4-star hotels (mandatory)
Forbes standards background (added advantage)
Experience in Pan-Asian cuisine restaurants preferred
Strong leadership communication and guest relations skills
High attention to detail and service excellence mindset
