Job Summary: The FF&E Division Manager will oversee the operations procurement and business development of the Furniture Fixtures & Equipment division. This role ensures timely delivery quality and cost efficiency of all FF&E products and services while maintaining compliance with market standards. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership procurement expertise and operational management experience in FF&E or interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Division Leadership
Lead and manage the FF&E division including procurement technical logistics and project coordination teams.
Develop strategies to grow the division’s market share and profitability.
Plan resources and allocate responsibilities across projects and operations efficiently.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for furniture fixtures and equipment.
Ensure cost optimization quality standards and timely delivery.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
3. Project Management & Execution
Oversee the procurement and delivery of FF&E items for projects ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Coordinate with design teams project managers and clients to ensure accurate product selection and installation.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all FF&E products meet quality safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain proper documentation for imports customs and certifications.
Implement quality control procedures across procurement factory inspections logistics and project delivery.
6. Team Development & Performance
Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs.
Promote a culture of accountability collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering
Experience:
8-10 years in FF&E interior fit-out.
