Job Title: Workshop Supervisor. (Permanent Role)
Reporting To: General Manager Facility 2
Company: Reputed MNC
Location: Saudi Arabia.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.E / in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant workshop / industrial experience.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment and machining processes.
- Experience in reverse engineering and drawing preparation.
- Good understanding of quality management systems and inspection standards
- Ability to plan and organize workshop activities efficiently
- Team leadership and manpower management skills
- Coordination with suppliers subcontractors sales and customers
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office basic CAD tools)
- Excellent communication skills in English (read write speak)
- Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset.
