Cashier

Position: Cashier Company Overview: Kasrawy Group is a leading retail company in Egypt with a strong presence in the 6th of October City area. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. As we continue to grow we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. Position Overview: As a Cashier you will be responsible for handling all cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. You will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers answering their questions and assisting them with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently - Count and verify cash at the beginning and end of each shift - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer questions and provide information about products and promotions - Assist customers with finding products and making recommendations - Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate manager when necessary - Follow all company policies and procedures - Adhere to all cash handling and safety procedures - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and credit transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Strong math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume work environment - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The work schedule will include weekdays weekends and some holidays.
