Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Lecturer to join a reputable higher education institution in Saudi Arabia within the Support Studies division. The role involves delivering engaging teaching across Computer Science Islamic Studies and Skills-based courses with a focus on student learning academic support and curriculum delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate lectures tutorials and practical sessions in assigned Support Studies courses
• Prepare and update course materials lesson plans assessments and grading rubrics
• Support effective delivery of Computer Science Islamic Studies and Skills-based curricula
• Assist in student mentoring academic advising and learning support
• Participate in departmental meetings and academic coordination activities
• Contribute to student assessment examinations and continuous evaluation processes
• Support curriculum development and course improvement initiatives
• Assist in accreditation and quality assurance activities where required
• Engage in professional development and stay updated in relevant subject areas

Requirements

• Masters degree in Computer Science Islamic Studies Education or a related discipline (PhD is an advantage)
• 3-5 years of teaching or relevant academic/industry experience
• Ability or willingness to teach across interdisciplinary Support Studies courses
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Commitment to student-centered teaching and academic support
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technologies
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred
