Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Assistant Professor in Engineering & Architecture to join a reputable higher education institution in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be committed to high-quality teaching emerging research and active participation in academic development and student mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging undergraduate and where appropriate postgraduate lectures
- Assist in curriculum development and course design
- Supervise student projects and support research activities
- Contribute to scholarly research and aim to publish in recognized journals
- Participate in accreditation and quality assurance processes
- Support academic advising and student mentoring
- Collaborate with faculty on departmental initiatives and committees
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant Engineering or Architecture discipline
- Minimum 13 years of teaching or research experience (post-PhD preferred)
- Demonstrated potential for research and publication
- Familiarity with curriculum development and academic practices
- Strong English communication skills
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia preferred
