We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager on behalf of our client a well-established fine dining and lifestyle restaurant in Bahrain.
Role Overview
The Restaurant General Manager will lead all aspects of operations within a high-end experience-driven dining environment ensuring exceptional service standards strong team leadership and achievement of financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full day-to-day restaurant operations
- Deliver and maintain premium guest experience standards
- Lead train and develop front-of-house and operations teams
- Manage P&L budgeting and cost control
- Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Ensure consistency in service quality and brand standards
- Handle guest relations and service recovery
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- Background in fine dining / upscale / lifestyle restaurant concepts
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience in high-volume premium venues preferred
- Solid financial management and P&L experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
