Empower Innovation as Our Technology Specialist
Imagine a workplace where technology drives learning collaboration and growth. As our Technology Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring that our systems run seamlessly supporting both staff and students in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network systems
Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate technology into teaching and operations
Train and guide users on effective use of digital tools and platforms
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience in IT support and systems administration
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) to effectively support diverse users
A passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning and organizational efficiency
