Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Siebel Architect to lead the design architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade Siebel CRM solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership deep domain expertise and the ability to drive large-scale implementations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and design end-to-end Siebel architecture aligned with business requirements
Lead solution design system integration and technical strategy for Siebel CRM implementations
Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers and cross-functional teams
Drive performance optimization scalability and system enhancements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Ensure best practices in design coding standards and deployment processes
Support troubleshooting issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong experience in Siebel CRM Architecture & Development
Expertise in Siebel Tools EAI EIM Workflows and Configuration
Hands-on experience in Siebel integrations web services and APIs
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and system design principles
Experience in large-scale implementations within enterprise or banking environments (preferred)
Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
