Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Intern who is a true people person and enjoys engaging with others. This role is ideal for a social butterfly who is eager to gain hands-on experience across different HR functions and contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruitment Process:
- Assist in sourcing candidates screening CVs and coordinating interviews
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Assist in Organizational Development (OD) initiatives:
- Support training programs and internal development activities
- Help in preparing materials and tracking progress
- Contribute to Performance Appraisal processes:
- Assist in collecting and organizing evaluation data
- Support HR team in follow-ups and documentation
- Drive Employee Engagement activities:
- Help organize events initiatives and internal campaigns
- Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in HR Business Administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Outgoing personality with strong engagement skills (a true social butterfly!)
