Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
A competent Lawyer / Legal Consultant to provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial civil labor and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will ensure legal compliance and support contract review dispute resolution and policy drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on corporate commercial and labor matters
- Draft and review contracts agreements and MoUs
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local laws
- Represent the company in legal disputes and negotiations
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Law; Masters or Bar certification is an advantage
- Minimum 57 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in the private sector)
- Strong understanding of Qatari and regional legal frameworks
- Excellent legal drafting research and communication skills
- Fluent in English/ Arabic
- Male
- Budget Salary: 10K
