As a Talent Sourcer at Wix youll play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our growing teams. Youll develop strategic sourcing strategies collaborate with hiring managers.
In your day-to-day you will:
Proactively identify and engage with top-tier talent who arent actively seeking new opportunities
Analyze market trends and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for niche roles
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical needs and influence hiring decisions through market insights
Translate complex hiring metrics into actionable insights for leadership
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in a software company
Proven track record in R&D sourcing specifically for passive candidates in a fast-paced tech environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
