Accountabilities:
- Advocacy
- Food Chain
- Map and structure the segmentation of stakeholders by key markets
- Identify and evaluate the key stakeholders understand their priorities and develop a strategic plan for engagement
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years work experience with background in several different relevant business functions.
- A university level degree in Agronomy Crop Protection Plant Science or a comparable business education/experience.
- Proven ability to deal with complex issues and develop effective strategies and solutions for managing them.
- Proven team leadership of senior positions.
- Proven experience of successfully managing cross functional collaborations and understanding of the challenges in/from the real market place.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of external stakeholders and influencers relevant to SRB.
- Networking partnerships development
- Recognized expertise in regulatory AME/EU marketing food chain agronomy legal international associations like CropLife.
- Understanding of contemporary approaches to training communication and behavior change.
- Understanding of agronomic practices such IPM & soil health
- Knowledge of CP portfolio of products their safety profiles risks and how they are used
