ملخص الوظيفة
Job Purpose
Ensure the proper functioning maintenance and continuous improvement of all equipment and utilities within the Cipla Ain Ouda plant in compliance with GMP standards and production requirements
Key Accountabilities
| Accountability Cluster | Major Activities / Tasks |

| Maintenance Planning and Execution | Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production and utility equipment. Ensure minimum downtime and optimal availability of machines. |
| Compliance & Documentation | Maintain up-to-date maintenance records equipment logbooks calibration and qualification files. Ensure compliance with cGMP. Support internal and external audits. |
| Safety & Operational Efficiency | Monitor workplace safety standards. Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently. Coordinate energy-saving and optimization projects. |
| Team Management & Technical Support | Supervise maintenance technicians assign daily tasks and provide technical guidance. Conduct regular training to maintain team readiness. |
| Continuous Improvement | Propose and implement improvements in equipment reliability and maintenance systems (TPM Lean 5S). |

Skills & Knowledge
Educational Qualifications:
Bac 5 or more in Industrial Maintenance Electromechanics or equivalent engineering field
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance preferably in pharmaceutical industry
At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Skills:
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of GMP HVAC utilities and cleanroom standards
Advanced Excel and Word user
