- Manage offer letters negotiation and pre-employment processes.
- Build and maintain talent pools for high-demand manufacturing roles (e.g. production engineer maintenance technicians).
- Collaborate with local technical schools training centers and workforce agencies to attract early-career talent.
- Support apprenticeship and internship programs.
- Represent the company at job fairs campus events and industry expos.
- Promote the companys culture benefits and growth opportunities to attract talent in a competitive market.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment activity reports and provide insights on time-to-fill sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 35 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of production and plant-based job profiles shift scheduling and frontline recruitment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems sourcing platforms and recruitment data tools.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with both HR and operational leaders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior recruitment experience in the FMCG sector (e.g. food production consumer goods packaging logistics).
- Understanding of labor-intensive work environments and seasonal workforce planning.
- Knowledge of employer branding initiatives and local talent sourcing strategies.
