ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the execution of Oil & Gas and Industrial EPC projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing QatarEnergy (QP) projects a strong technical background and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across all phases of project executionfrom initiation to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of oil & gas and industrial EPC projects in compliance with contractual technical and safety requirements.

Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule within budget and to the highest quality and HSE standards.

Oversee and coordinate all project phases including engineering procurement construction and commissioning (EPCC).

Interface effectively with clients consultants vendors and subcontractors maintaining transparent communication and strong professional relationships.

Review validate and monitor project schedules progress reports and risk assessments to ensure alignment with project goals.

Conduct and lead progress meetings technical reviews and performance evaluations.

Enforce full compliance with QatarEnergy specifications company QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.

Manage budget control resource allocation and project documentation ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Handle variations change orders and claims and prepare comprehensive project close-out reports.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Civil or Electrical Engineering (Masters degree preferred).

10-15 years of proven experience in project management within Oil & Gas and Industrial EPC projects.

Extensive experience with QatarEnergy (QP) projects is mandatory.

Strong technical knowledge in pipeline process and utility systems.

Excellent leadership communication and client coordination skills.

PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is an advantage.

Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
