Sealy Mattress Middle East a prominent operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As a family-owned enterprise with a legacy dating back to 1990 we have established our reputation as a trusted importer of premium bedding brands such as Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster. In 1999 we expanded our operations by establishing a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Today we are a key player in the global Sealy product offerings proudly contributing to the industry with innovative technology and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Specialist you will play a vital role in helping us maintain our position as a leader in the consumer goods industry by effectively promoting our high-end products to new and existing clients building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients in the MENA region to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
