Position Title: Senior DocuSign Developer

Location: Bahrain (Onsite)

Role Overview

Our Client is a well-established banking institution in Bahrain seeking a skilled Senior DocuSign Developer to lead the implementation and integration of DocuSign solutions across their digital banking operations. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in document workflow automation within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions aligned to banking workflows and business requirements.

Integrate DocuSign APIs with core banking systems CRM platforms and third-party applications.

Configure and customise DocuSign templates workflows and automated routing processes.

Collaborate with business analysts IT teams and compliance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards.

Conduct testing troubleshooting and performance optimisation of DocuSign integrations.

Maintain technical documentation for all DocuSign configurations integrations and enhancements.

Provide technical support and training to internal teams on DocuSign platform usage.

Ensure all digital document workflows comply with banking regulations and data security standards.

Required Experience & Skills

3 to 5 years of hands-on DocuSign development and API integration experience.

Banking or financial services background is mandatory.

Proficient in DocuSign eSignature CLM and REST APIs.

Solid knowledge of Java Python or JavaScript for integrations.

Familiar with banking compliance data privacy and security frameworks.

Must be available to work onsite in Bahrain with valid work authorisation.
