Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our SAP Ariba team. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge of procurement systems and a keen interest in digital transformation. Youll work alongside experienced professionals to support procurement operations and help optimize sourcing and supplier management using SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the configuration and support of SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing Contracts and Procurement.
Participate in requirements gathering sessions and help document business needs.
Support testing activities including integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Help maintain system data and ensure accuracy across procurement workflows.
Provide user support and training under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Information Systems or a related field.
Familiarity with SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms (academic or internship experience is acceptable).
Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
