Job Title: Senior Site Engineer
Job Summary
Our client is a leading company in the MEP and Construction industry based in Masr El Gdeda Egypt with multiple active project sites. Known for its commitment to engineering excellence the company is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage site-based mechanical operations within major electromechanical and construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
Prioritize mechanical work on-site according to project plans particularly in HVAC firefighting and plumbing disciplines.
Monitor daily site work implementation and ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
Estimate and allocate required resources including manpower materials and equipment.
Issue purchase orders for mechanical materials and coordinate with the procurement team.
Provide technical and engineering support to mechanical work teams.
Ensure compliance with construction drawings contracts and relevant standards.
Review and validate mechanical work invoices from contractors.
Prepare as-built drawings and review materials submitted for installation.
Supervise and assess contractor performance schedule adherence and quality of execution.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
Experience: 35 years in mechanical site engineering specifically within electromechanical contracting or construction companies.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit (basic) Microsoft Office; excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure both independently and in teams.
Certifications (if any): None specified but VRV/VRF systems experience is a plus.
Languages: Moderate proficiency in English.

Location: According to the Project sites across Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8 hours/day 6 days/week
Business Travel: Candidate should be willing to travel outside Cairo and will receive a site allowance if so.
