About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to provide high-touch administrative support to the Chairman and Owner across both executive and family office matters.
This role includes managing complex scheduling international travel payments documentation and communications in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a trustworthy detail-oriented professional with strong judgment flexibility and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
The role is based in Kfar Saba and involves close day-to-day support in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate international travel arrangements including flights hotels itineraries and logistics for multiple stakeholders.
- Manage complex calendars personal appointments meetings and events.
- Handle bill payments and administrative financial tasks.
- Support family office administration and accounting activities including documentation correspondence and coordination with service providers.
- Prepare presentations reports and meeting materials.
- Track tasks follow up on deliverables and support ongoing priorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for external parties while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience
- Native English is mandatory with strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills including presentations and administrative systems.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating international travel arrangements.
