PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
To enhance customer acquisition engagement and retention through targeted data-informed lifecycle marketing strategies that optimize card portfolio performance and align with business objectives.
Key Activities
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Analyze debit and credit card portfolio performance across acquisition activation usage and retention metrics.
Identify and recommend targeted campaigns to drive spend reduce attrition and increase customer engagement.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design and launch lifecycle campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform strategy.
Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to senior stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal risk policies.
Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email mobile digital direct mail)
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Risk Compliance Legal) to ensure campaign alignment and governance.
Continuously test measure and optimize campaign effectiveness using A/B testing and performance analytics.
