The Mobile App Delivery Manager should have 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in mobile application delivery and Scrum Master responsibilities including 4 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with valid certification. The role involves leading Agile teams facilitating Scrum ceremonies removing impediments and ensuring smooth sprint execution. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners on backlog grooming prioritization and refinement while ensuring transparent stakeholder communication. Strong end-to-end knowledge of mobile app delivery including iOS development features deployment and App Store/Play Store releases is essential. Experience with ABM MDM DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is required. The role also demands strong understanding of release management change management CAB approvals and emergency change processes. Excellent stakeholder management delivery planning and servant leadership skills are critical to ensure timely high-quality mobile app delivery
