Job Summary:
As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician Ensures that the maintenance of Kitchen and Laundry equipments as per the specified standards to prevent break downs and ensure to follow the standards.
As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician we rely on you to
- Ensures that the maintenance of Kitchen and Laundry equipments as per the specified standards to prevent break downs
- Ensures that the work specified on the work order within his trade is carried out quickly accurately skillfully economically efficiently and completely.
- Makes sure that all works done or services on each and every electrical panel and control board are properly recorded on his logbook and on the equipment record card.
- When in doubt consults the Shift Engineer on duty Section Head or the Chief Engineer.
- Assists his fellow workers on other trades not related to his own work when necessary.
- Immediately notifies the Shift Engineer on duty on any unusual occurrences on any of the electrical lines panels or controls.
What we are Looking For:
- Two years operating experience in a hotel Engineering department.
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Teamwork mindset.
- Physically fit.
